When there is a problem in the use of the application, you can give us feedback through the "Feedback" interface. You need to enter your problem description and contact information, and upload the system log (including the device system log). In the "Rocar Safety and Health APP" application, you can access your health data through the "Home" interface, access your exercise records and exercise settings in the "Sports" interface, and you can view nicknames and avatars in the "My" interface , gender, date of birth, height, weight and exercise goal data.
You can modify and update your nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, weight, and exercise goals in the "My" interface, and modify exercise settings in the "Exercise" interface.
The authorization of this service can be revoked at any time. In "My" > "Settings", through the "Withdraw Privacy Authorization" interface, you can withdraw the authorization and delete all your information including cloud information and local information, and log out. But the next time you use it, you need to re-authorize and re-register your account.
Data storage location: The above information will be transmitted and saved to CEM's server located in the People's Republic of China.
