(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Huashengchang"). and the terms that restrict your rights, and ensure that you have fully understood the meaning of each term in this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement (minors should read and choose in the company of their legal guardians). Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the related services provided by Meterbox iScope APP. Your registration, login, use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This Agreement is an agreement between you and Huashengchang regarding your registration, login and use of Meterbox iScope APP software services, stipulating the rights and obligations between Huashengchang and you regarding Meterbox iScope APP services.
"User" refers to an individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, and browses the services of this APP.
1. Users need to register an account before using this service. The account is registered through a mobile phone number or WeChat, QQ number, email, etc. The specific method displayed on the registration interface shall prevail. This service can change the method of account registration and binding at any time according to user needs or product needs without the user's consent. When registering, users should authorize Huashengchang to use the corresponding personal information for successful account registration. Therefore, when users complete the registration, it means that the user agrees that this service has the right to extract, disclose and use the user's information.
2. Users should keep your account and password properly. All losses caused by improper password storage shall be borne by the user, including any leakage of personal information and loss caused by you telling others your user password or sharing the registered account with others or other reasons other than Huashengchang. Users are fully responsible for all activities and events conducted under their user names.
3. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and confidentiality of user data, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
1. Meterbox iScope APP is only a platform for you to view, share, transmit or obtain data, statistics or analysis. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account (including but not limited to any content you transmit and any operations under your account) and all the results arising therefrom.
2. In the process of accessing, browsing and using Meterbox iScope APP, you should make your own judgment on all information content in Meterbox iScope APP and bear all risks arising from the use of such information content, including but not limited to all risks arising from reliance on the legality, correctness, authenticity, completeness or practicality of the content. Huashengchang is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by user behavior.
3. Any content transmitted or published by users in the Meterbox iScope APP service or through the Meterbox iScope APP does not reflect or represent the views or policies of Huashengchang, and Huashengchang does not assume any responsibility for this.
4. You fully understand and agree that you must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information on the Meterbox iScope APP.
5. Users shall not impersonate others or steal others' accounts; shall not disseminate any information in the name of others; shall not maliciously use registered accounts to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, Huashengchang has the right to immediately stop providing services and take necessary measures, including but not limited to reclaiming the Meterbox iScope APP account and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. If the user's behavior causes losses to Huashengchang, the user shall compensate Huashengchang for all economic losses caused thereby.
6. Users shall not use this APP account or this APP service to perform the following actions: (1) Submit or publish false information or steal other people's information; (2) Force or induce other users to click on links, share information or perform other operations; (3) Fabricate facts or conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others; (4) Reverse decrypt this APP; (5) Carry out any illegal or criminal activities; (6) Other actions that disrupt or affect the normal operation of this APP.
7. Huashengchang reserves the right to charge for this APP software at any time. If Huashengchang adopts a charging policy for this software, users who have downloaded this software before charging may not be able to use it if they have not paid for it.
1. The content described in this article refers to all content produced, uploaded, copied, and published in any form during the user's use of the service, including but not limited to account name, avatar and other registration information or text, voice, pictures, videos, tables, graphics, links, etc., sending or replying messages, publishing dynamics, and other content generated by using the account or this APP service.
2. Users shall not use the Meterbox iScope APP or Meterbox iScope service to create, upload, copy, or send the following content: (1) Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution; (2) Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert the state power, and undermine national unity; (3) Damage the national honor and interests; (4) Incite ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermine national unity; (5) Undermine the state’s religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability; (7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abet crimes; (8) Insult or slander others, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Contain information with other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use the registered account and this APP to publish negative remarks about the country, government, society, Huashengchang or other companies or individuals; shall not publish content with insults, intimidation or threats; shall not publish information containing harassment, junk ads, malicious information, deceptive information, etc.; shall not infringe on the privacy and personal information of others; shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights and other rights of third parties; shall not interfere with the normal operation of this APP service and infringe on other users or the legitimate rights and interests of other users and third parties.
4. For content that may violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement or infringe, hinder or threaten the rights or safety of any person or impersonate others, Huashengchang has the right to judge and stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law, and has the right to take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates this clause at its own discretion, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate and other content from the Meterbox iScope APP service, suspending or terminating the membership of the violator, preventing him from using all or part of the Meterbox iScope APP services, and preserving relevant information and reporting to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. If the judicial department confirms that Huashengchang's above judgment is wrong, the user agrees that Huashengchang will not bear any consequences caused by it.
5. Huashengchang reserves the right to replace, modify, and upgrade the software at any time, and the right to provide you with this software and charge fees for replacing, modifying or upgrading the software. After the software is replaced, modified or upgraded to form a new version, Meterbox iScope APP does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software. Meterbox iScope APP may change or restrict some of the functions and effects of the software for various reasons, and users need to bear this risk.
1. The user promises that he is a civil subject with full civil capacity and has the ability to conclude transactions and fulfill his obligations.
2. After the user completes the application registration procedures, he obtains the right to use the Meterbox iScope APP account. Without the written permission of Huashengchang, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell it, otherwise all responsibilities caused by this shall be borne by the user. Huashengchang has the right to recover the user's Meterbox iScope APP account due to business needs.
3. Users have the right to change, delete personal information, registration information, and transmission content on the Meterbox iScope APP, or cancel their accounts, etc. However, please note that deleting relevant information or canceling an account will also delete all information stored in the system. Users must bear this risk, and Huashengchang does not assume any responsibility for this.
4. Users should abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and legally. If the user violates any term of this agreement, Huashengchang has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of Meterbox iScope APP services to the defaulting user in accordance with the agreement. If this APP is adversely affected or Huashengchang is caused to lose or damage, the user must compensate. At the same time, Huashengchang reserves the right to recover the Meterbox iScope APP account and user name at any time.
5. If the user does not use the Meterbox iScope APP account for a long time after registering it, Huashengchang has the right to recover the account, and all problems caused by this will be borne by the user.
1. When you register or use the Meterbox iScope APP provided by Shenzhen Huashengchang Technology Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huashengchang"), the Meterbox iScope APP will collect your relevant information to do its best to provide you with better services and experience.
When we need information that can identify your identity (personal information) or information that can contact you, we will ask for your consent. Usually, when you register or use the Meterbox iScope APP, we will ask you to provide this information. This information usually includes: (1) Your approximate location; (2) The time and date when you obtain the recorded data; (3) And other information that you need to retrieve based on your use of the Meterbox iScope APP, including but not limited to the information recorded in the device you use and other application software in your device or the hardware associated with the Meterbox iScope APP.

If the user violates the provisions of laws and regulations, this agreement or relevant terms, resulting in this platform or Huashengchang suffering or possibly suffering any report, complaint, claim or other loss claimed by any third party, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, administrative penalty fees, investigation fees, litigation fees or arbitration fees, the user agrees to compensate Huashengchang and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies and protect them from damage.
2. The user explicitly agrees that the risks of using the Meterbox iScope APP service will be borne entirely by the user, and all consequences arising from the use of the Meterbox iScope APP service will also be borne by the user.
3. The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of the Meterbox iScope APP and other users. The user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused by the user's use of the Meterbox iScope APP in an illegal, untrue, improper, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, or the user's violation of any terms under this Agreement, which causes losses to Huashengchang and any other third party.
4. Huashengchang and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the user due to external factors such as third parties, technical failures, network reasons, viruses or hacker attacks, etc. that affect the normal service of this APP, service interruption, or failure to meet user requirements, as well as other various force majeure reasons.
5. This service may be interrupted or fail to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, communication line reasons. Users must bear the above risks, and Huashengchang does not make any guarantees. Huashengchang does not assume any responsibility for any problems caused by this.
6. In any case, Huashengchang shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, possible, etc. damages, including profit loss suffered by users due to the use of Meterbox iScope APP services.
7. Huashengchang shall not bear any legal responsibility for any disputes arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the circumstances listed in Huashengchang's service terms and statements.
1. This APP software is independently developed by Huashengchang. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights involved in this APP and all information content related to this software, including but not limited to text expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, data or electronic documents, etc., except for software or technology authorized by third parties, Huashengchang enjoys all the above intellectual property rights.
2. Without the written consent of Huashengchang, users shall not implement, use, transfer, copy, reverse engineer or authorize any third party to implement, copy, reverse engineer, use or transfer the above intellectual property rights for any profit-making or non-profit purpose. Huashengchang reserves the right to pursue the above unauthorized behavior. If users find any infringement of Huashengchang's intellectual property rights, they may notify Huashengchang in writing at any time.
3. Users can install, use, display and run this APP software on terminal devices for non-commercial purposes. Users shall not install, use or run this APP software for commercial operation purposes, and shall not copy, change, modify, mount or create any derivative works of the software or the data released to any computer terminal memory during the operation of the software and the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access this APP software and related systems.
1. Users' use of the Meterbox iScope APP service is deemed to be the user's acceptance of this agreement and is subject to this agreement.
2. Regardless of the reason why the terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid and shall be binding on both parties.
