"Rocar Health APP" is an application provided by SHENZHEN EVERBEST MACHINERY INDUSTRY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "CEM") to provide you with health services. CEM attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to provide you with information about the following contents, that is, how we will deal with your personal data when you use Rocar Health APP.

Personal information refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable persons recorded in electronical or in other ways, excluding the information after anonymization. The processing of personal information includes collecting, storing, using, processing, transmitting, providing, disclosing and deleting personal information.

In order to provide you with better health services, we need to collect the following information about you: Personal information (profile photo, nickname, date of birth, gender, height, weight), sports and health information (sports and health data), application data ( basic information, cookies, account login information), network data (network operator's information), location information (precise location information, movement path, the base station information), equipment information (basic system information, device name, MAC address, system logs) and the data you upload voluntarily (feedback, etc.). This information helps to analyze data more accurately and provide more accurate services. Alcohol measurement data and sports and health data are used to store and display for users.

Your health information contains sensitive personal information. We will upload it to our cloud server only after your agreement in the application. You may uninstall the application or access "My" >. "Settings" >. Revoke Privacy Authorization to terminate the collection and processing of the above data or functions. Your data will be stored on amazon's local server.

1. Categories of personal information processed by us

1.1 privacy information collected and used during account registration and login

When you register and log in Rocar Health, please make sure that you read and agree to abide by the privacy policy of the corresponding account, so as to understand and agree to the collection and use of personal information of the corresponding account. In order to display your information in the application, we need to collect and use your nickname and profile photo, and in order to provide you with better health services, we need to collect and use the information such as your date of birth, gender, height and weight. Therefore, we need to use your personal information (profile photo, nickname, date of birth, gender, height, weight) after registration and login.

1.2 privacy information collected and used when you bind a Rocar device to your Rocar health account

In order to establish Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, and know device activation status, we need to collect your device identifier (including MAC address) and basic information of device to manage your wearable device.

After connecting the Rocar bracelet, in order to provide more accurate data. the date of birth, gender, height and weight entered by you in the Rocar Health APP "My" >"profile" will be synchronized to the bracelet.

Rocar bracelet supports the weather forecast. We will send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain the weather information in your area and display it on the Rocar Bracelet. You can terminate the sharing by turning off the weather forecast sharing in the APP ''device management'' at any time.

1.3 Personal information collected and used in managing sports and health data

First of all, in order to improve the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your exercise data (such as sports goal, heart rate, metric system settings, etc.). You can go to "my" >; "Profile" and "sport" "sports Settings" to fill in or modify your information. If you do not provide such information, we will not be able to provide corresponding functions and services.

Secondly, for recording, back upping and managing your movement data, recording and collecting your daily movement data and your track to provide rich sports service for you, we need to collect information about your location, movement tracks, movement types, length, step numbers, distance, heat, maximum oxygen uptake, heart rate, speed, stride frequency data, and other data. The types of exercise include walking, running, cycling, hiking, rowing machines, free training, etc.

The third-party provider of track recording function of outdoor single movement in this service is: AutoNavi Software Co., LTD. To use this service, we will collect and provide your location information to the map service provider. Specific data collection and process shall be managed by the privacy policies of the third party. Please refer to the privacy policies of the corresponding map service providers.

If you do not provide such information, we will not be able to provide corresponding functions and services.

Finally, in order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your data of alcohol consumption, temperature, heart rate, stress, blood oxygen and sleep. Health data is personal sensitive information, which is collected for the purpose of measuring, recording, displaying and counting health-related data and providing you with rich health services.

If you do not provide such information, the corresponding functions and services cannot be provided for you.

1.4 Personal information collected and used in the family care service

The "Care for Family" service enables easy and intuitive sharing of exercise and health data between family members. You can terminate the data sharing by ''deleting'' the member.

1.5 Personal information collected and used in the Emergency Contact Service

When the Emergency Contact service detects that your data is abnormal and there is a health risk, it will send your data and location information to your emergency contact by SMS. You can terminate the sharing of this data by deleting the contact.

1.6 User Experience Improvement Service

When problems occur during application in use, you can report them to us on the Feedback page. You need to enter the problem description and contact number, and upload system logs (including device system logs). Logs contain device usage information, hardware information, and device identifiers. The logs and contact information you upload are only used for communication and locating. They will be automatically deleted after the data storage period expires. If you do not provide this information, the developer may not be able to resolve the problem you encounter, but this will not affect usage of other features of the Service.

2. Invoke device permissions

Storage permission: This permission is required when you share or login so as to read or write application usage information and images. If you do not need these services, you can disable the permission at any time. This does not affect the use of other services.

Camera permission: When you bind device by scanning the QR code, you need to enable this permission to complete the photo shooting. If you do not need these services, you can disable the permission at any time. This does not affect the use of other services.

Location permission: When you generate track pictures of single movement, pair Bluetooth, turn on weather notifications, or use other location-related functions, you need to enable this permission to determine your current location. If you do not need these services, you can disable the permission at any time. This does not affect the use of other services.

Call permission: When you pair with an associated device to receive incoming calls, you need to enable this permission to obtain the phone status. If you do not agree with this permission, it may affect the normal use of sports and health functions.

Call records permission: When you use the wearable device to push missed call numbers and control the volume, you need to enable this permission so that the missed call numbers can be displayed on the paired device and call status can be synchronized. If you do not need these services, you can disable the permission at any time. This does not affect the use of other services.

Contacts permission: When you need to display caller information on your wearable device, you need to enable this permission. If you do not need such services, you can disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

You can access system ''Settings'' at any time to manage your permissions.

3. How will we manage your data

In order to make it more convenient to access, correct and delete your personal information during the use of "Rocar Health APP", and to protect your right to withdraw our use of your personal information, we provide you with corresponding operation steps in the product design. You can refer to the following guidelines for operation.

3.1 Access Personal Information

After you install and log in the "Rocar Health APP", your personal information saved on the cloud server will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to your phone or tablet.

In the use of "Rocar Health APP", you can access your health data through the "home page" and access your exercise records and settings in the "sports" interface. You can view nickname, profile picture, gender, date of birth, height, weight and exercise goal data in the "My" interface.

3.2 Update personal Information

You can modify and update your nickname, profile picture, gender, date of birth, height, weight, and sports goal in the "My" interface, and modify the sports settings in the "Sports" interface.

3.3 Withdraw, consent and delete information

The permission for the services can be revoked at any time in ''My ''>''Setting''; On the ''Revoke Privacy Authorization'' interface, you can revoke the authorization, delete all your data including information in cloud server and phone, and log out. The account needs to be authorized and registered again the next time.

4. Storage location and period of data collected by us

Data storage location: The above information will be transferred and saved to amazon local server.

We will only retain your personal information within the time which is necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, and will delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period specified below, otherwise required by laws and regulations.

Data storage period :

1) Personal information obtained for statistical analysis and product improvement in the user experience improvement service will be retained for one (1) year from the date of collection.

2) Log information obtained from user feedback for analysis and positioning: Logs are stored in Rocar health server (file log server) for seven (7) days, and the data retention period excluding logs is two (2) years.

For the security of your data, your data will be bound to your account, and your sports and health data will be encrypted, transmitted and stored in the "Rocar Health" cloud server. In ''My''>"Setting", you can select ''Revoke Privacy Authorization'' to revoke the authorization and delete the data saved on the cloud server

In addition, when our products or services terminate operations, we will notify you in the form of push notification, announcement, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new products and applications, update our current products and services and as technology develops and laws are amended. You can determine the latest revision time of this Privacy Policy by the time marked on the page of this Policy. Any changes to our revised Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as we publish them.

If these changes are great, we will notify you and, if required by relevant law, we will obtain your consent. We will send notification of changes through the APP, or publish such notification to the application of this Privacy Policy.
